For more than eight years, I helped NGOs attract high-qualified talents. I value impactful work, open collaboration, and a spirit of diversity and inclusion. It was natural for me to transition from HR to UX Design. The deep desire to understand people and find solutions to meet their needs has always been the focus of my work.
